Why "Sovereign" instead of Private Cloud?

Can open-source models actually compete with GPT-4?

For enterprise tasks, yes. While GPT-4 wins on general trivia, a fine-tuned Llama-3-70b trained on *your* specific documents often outperforms generic models on retrieval accuracy, hallucination rates, and domain-specific logic. Plus, it runs 10x cheaper at scale.

How do updates work in an air-gapped environment?

We use a secure "Data Diode" protocol. Updates (model weights, security patches) are delivered via encrypted physical media or a unidirectional gateway that allows signed binaries *in*, but physically prevents any byte from flowing *out*.

What if we don't have the hardware yet?

We act as your systems integrator. We verify the BOM (Bill of Materials) and can leverage our partnerships with OEMs to expedite delivery of NVIDIA H100/L40S clusters directly to your facility.

Who maintains the cluster?

We offer a "Managed On-Prem" service. We provide 24/7 remote monitoring and SRE support to handle upgrades, patching, and anomaly detection, while you retain absolute physical control of the machines.
