These Terms govern your lease of dedicated bare-metal compute resources. Unlike software terms, this is a hardware allocation agreement. You are renting specific silicon, not a shared abstraction.

01 Infrastructure Usage

Iteronix provides dedicated, air-gapped compute resources. We maintain the physical hardware, power, and cooling. You acknowledge that the data processing, model weights, and intellectual property generated on these systems remain your sole asset and responsibility.

02 Acceptable Use Policy

While we do not monitor your data, we monitor network flow signatures. You agree not to use Iteronix infrastructure for:

Illegal Material / CSAM
Outbound DDoS Attacks
Unauthorized Pentesting

03 Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We commit to 99.99% network and power uptime for Enterprise tiers. Credits for downtime are calculated based on the monthly recurring charge for the affected node group, as detailed in your specific Master Services Agreement (MSA).

04 Limitation of Liability

Iteronix provides the compute substrate ("the metal"). We are not liable for the outputs, hallucinations, or decisions made by the AI models you run on our infrastructure. We are liable for hardware failure; you are liable for software logic.

05 Termination Protocol

We reserve the right to suspend compute access immediately via "Kill Switch" if we detect malicious traffic signatures originating from your allocated IP block that threaten the integrity of the wider network.
